We are students of the lean startup method formulated by Eric Ries in which he discusses Minimum Viable Product Development. Companies often try to build large feature rich products. They then find themselves trying to justify each feature in efforts to control cost and maintain budgets.

At Clear Idea we spend time fleshing out what constitutes the base feature set for the minimal viable product. This allows us to release the product to a subset of the target market. Then using a series of experiments based on the build, we can measure, learn cycle, and implement the features which are proven to be most useful to the users.
