Know a non-profit that could benefit from an online boost?

We’re giving away a complete web overhaul to a deserving non profit every six months.

Twice a year, we pick a deserving non-profit and work one-on-one with them to overhaul their entire website and online brand.

Submission process

  • Submissions will open August 15, 2015
  • Submissions will close September 15, 2015 at 12:00PM

Applications will be reviewed and the winner will be announced September 30, 2015 on the Clear Idea blog. The recipient of this award will  be selected by the Clear Idea staff.

Who can apply?

  • Organizations classified as 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charities by the Internal Revenue Service
  • Preference will be given to Non-profit organizations in the Sarasota Area


Having a strong online presence is important in our digital world. But keeping up with the times can be expensive and time consuming. Not to mention the technical and financial resources required to build a best-in-class website. These hurdles can be especially high for non-profits and community organizations who are operating on a tight budget.

We understand your pain. Every six months, we’re committed to giving away a complete redesign, and website overhaul to a deserving non-profit.

Some of the features the web overhaul include

  • A full year of ongoing maintenance and support

Who should apply?

  • Established non-profits who are actively serving their community
  • Non-profit organizations that would benefit from an optimized online donation process
  • Non-profit organizations who are looking to increase their online visibility and receive guidance on how to optimize their online efforts
  • Up-and-coming non-profit organizations that would benefit from a more robust online image.
  • Basically, any non-profit looking for a stronger online presence should at least submit an application.

How the winner will be selected

  1. Organizations must complete the form on this page in order to be considered for the Give Back competition.
  2. Be sure to include as much information as possible when submitting your essay answers.
  3. Preference will be given to non-profits in Manatee and Sarasota Counties.
  4. Submissions will be considered based on the overall benefit to the non-profit, as well as the impact a new website will have on the organizations ability to serve their community.
  5. Once submissions close, Clear Idea staff will review all submissions and then pick a winner through an interal voting process.
  6. The winner will be announced Sept 30, 2015
